About A2Z Care Matters
Caring for people, not just conditions
We are a specialist supported living provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and nursing needs.
Our story
A2Z Care Matters was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that every person, regardless of their needs, deserves to live a life that is meaningful, dignified and full of opportunity.
We provide supported living and residential care services for adults across England, working in partnership with local authorities, NHS commissioners and families to deliver support that makes a real difference.
Our name reflects our commitment — from A to Z, we are here for the people we support, every step of the way.
Our approach
We take time to understand each person — their history, their preferences, their goals and their challenges. Support plans are developed collaboratively and reviewed regularly to ensure they remain relevant and effective. Our staff are carefully selected, thoroughly trained and genuinely passionate about making a positive difference.
