Our approach to support
Whatever a person's needs, our approach is always the same: we start by listening. We take time to understand each person's history, preferences, goals and challenges. We involve the person, their family and other professionals in developing a support plan that is truly person-centred. And we review and adapt that plan regularly to ensure it continues to meet their needs.
